Privacy Policy
Aivaa (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Operator") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user's personal information in the service provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When the Service Operator is requested by the person concerned to disclose personal information, the Service Operator shall disclose it to the person concerned without delay. However, in cases where disclosure falls under any of the following, the Service Operator may not disclose all or part of the information, and if the Service Operator decides not to disclose it, the Service Operator shall notify the person concerned of that fact without delay. The Service Operator shall charge a fee of 1,000 yen per case for the disclosure of personal information.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- If a user requests the Service Operator to correct, add, or delete personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information held by the Service Operator is contrary to the facts, the Service Operator shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
- Based on the results of the investigation referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Service Operator shall correct the relevant personal information without delay when it is determined necessary to respond to the request.
- When the Service Operator corrects the information pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph or decides not to correct the information, the Service Operator shall notify the user of this fact without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
- When the Service Operator is requested by the person concerned to suspend the use of or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by wrongful means, the Service Operator shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
- Based on the results of the investigation referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Service Operator shall suspend the use of the relevant personal information without delay when it is determined necessary to respond to the request.
- When the Service Operator suspends the use pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph or decides not to suspend the use, the Service Operator shall notify the user of this fact without delay.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, when suspension of use, etc. requires a large amount of expense or other cases where it is difficult to suspend the use, etc., and when necessary alternative measures are taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, the Service Operator shall take alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user, except for laws and regulations and matters separately determined in this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Service Operator, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect when it is posted on this website.
